HOW WE DO IT

Face-to-Face Interviews

We conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews to assess each nanny’s personality, skills, and dedication. This is our time to evaluate how well a nanny fits the unique needs of your family.
Reference Verification

We contact a minimum of three professional references for each nanny. This step helps us confirm their experience, reliability, and professionalism.
Work and Education Verification

Every nanny is required to provide a detailed work or school history covering the last five years, which our nanny coordinator meticulously verifies.
Background Checks

Our thorough background checks include county criminal history, a national criminal database search, the national sex offender public registry, and driving records. We leave no stone unturned in ensuring your nanny is safe and trustworthy.
Experience and Certification Requirements

We require a minimum of three years of professional childcare experience. Additionally, all nannies must be at least 21 years old and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
