As the CEO of Smartnny, Oriana brings a unique and deeply personal perspective to the agency. Having immigrated from Venezuela to America, she understands the profound sense of responsibility that comes with starting anew in a foreign land. Despite her professional background in a different field, Oriana faced the challenges of this transition with passion and commitment, driven by her belief in social justice and the opportunities every individual deserves.
Through her experience as a nanny, Oriana recognized the transformative impact that a dedicated and professional caregiver can have on a child’s development and the overall well-being of a family.
