Application
All nannies must submit a comprehensive application.
Reference Checks
A minimum of three professional references are contacted, and we only accept candidates with excellent feedback.
Experience and Age Requirements
A minimum of three years of professional childcare experience and an age of at least 21 are required, with a focus on finding standout candidates.
Phone Interview
If the nanny’s application is promising, we conduct an in-depth phone interview filled with scenario-based questions.
Employment Verification
We verify each nanny’s work and education history for the past four years and cross-check it with a background check.
CPR & First Aid Certified
All nannies must hold valid CPR and First Aid certifications before their start date.
In-Person Interview
This step allows us to assess if the candidate has the skills and qualities necessary to represent our agency.
Background Screening
A thorough background check is completed, including county and national criminal records, the sex offender registry, and driving records.
Online Presence
We research each nanny’s internet presence, including social media, to ensure they are a lifestyle match.
